The Role:

Moonbug is looking for a talented Music Manager to join our CoComelon team at our Los Angeles office!

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the workflow of the audio team
  • Ensure audio deliverables remain on time and on track.
  • Serve as a liaison between the audio team, creative team, the production pipeline, and any external or internal stakeholders.
  • Provide all notes with stakeholders to ensure next steps and actionables are completed by the necessary audio team members in a timely fashion.
  • Traffic out deliveries to the necessary stakeholders.
  • Ensure to communicate any roadblocks or issues that may arise with the line manager.
  • Provide clear communication to the audio engineers and the composers of any notes for revisions and changes to make the music, lyrics, guide vocals and SFX.
  • Quality check/cross check the music, lyrics, guide vocals and SFX.
  • This included word pronunciation of the lyrics in the guide vocal, complexity of a melody, pacing of a melody and emotional elements of a composition, quality of SFX for characters, placement or use of other SFX throughout the episode.
  • Work with the production department to coordinate and schedule voice talents recording sessions:
  • Create guide SFX tracks for vocal talents.
  • Oversee and coach vocalists during the recording sessions.
  • Relay the story with the composer and help map out the structure of songs, including interludes, transitions, verses, choruses, intros and outros.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be able to collaborate closely on existing and future projects with numerous teams.
  • Possess both technical and musical expertise to push the creative envelope to new heights whilst adhering to numerous quality and brand guidelines.

As our Creative Director, you’ll lead creative strategy, project management, and execution to support our brand and around key company goals and initiatives. You’ll lead a creative team of two and will be responsible for organization-wide projects including marketing collateral, re-branding initiatives, digital, web, social, sales-enablement, and internal. What You’ll Do

  • Lead a team of mid-senior level graphic designers and work closely with our Sr. Director of Brand Strategy to prioritize initiatives that support business growth objectives
  • Manage creative team project workflow and streamline processes around intake, resource management, tracking and accountability
  • Work with growth marketing, communications, sales, and corporate teams to produce fresh and effective ideas for company branding, collateral, campaigns, and communications

Requirements

  • 8-12 years of professional design experience with on a tech or healthcare in-house brand team

  • Experience in responsive web design/web CMS layouts and wireframing

  • Work with the CCO/Home & Garden, Content Director/TOH, Community Manager (CM), Associate Producer (AP) to create outreach with influencers for editorial and e-commerce related content
  • Lead by example and be willing to help with the entire spectrum of production work, from small – large budget productions, to community engagement, to posting for the channels

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience as a senior-level producer, EP, director in a production environment (digital, production, broadcast, post)
  • Knowledge / understanding of standard production / post tech tools and workflow
  • Excellent writer
  • Experience leading large-scale productions
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights / weekends as requested
  • Proficient in Premiere
  • Deep knowledge of and experience creating content for all social platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Twitch, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, etc.)
  • Familiarity and experience working with, casting and recruiting talent, social influencers and creators
  • Passion for the content and subject matter (Food/Lifestyle) that the brand represents
  • Experience executing from inception through editorial and completion of project

Responsibilities: 

  • Concept and design across all print and digital channels, including but not limited to fully integrated marketing campaigns as well as individual projects to include websites, emails, print collateral, direct mail, social media, multi-media, TV and more.
  • Perform general production work including formatting, photo editing and processing, and resizing existing work.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with creative director, other art directors/designers, and client services.
  • Produce work that demonstrates a strategic approach to all concepts and designs at all stages of a project.
  • Possess an enthusiastic willingness to be involved at all stages of project development, from creating concepts, to making internal/client changes, and releasing final files.
  • Adhere to brand standards for individual clients across all media.

Qualifications and Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Fine Art, Graphic Design or a similar area of focus.
  • 3+ years of professional commercial design experience, preferably with a marketing/advertising agency, or corporate marketing department.
  • Expert skills Adobe Cloud including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop in a Mac OS environment.
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong design aesthetic using color, typography and graphic elements.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and clients.

The successful candidate will create design solutions that have high visual impact and results to match. A solid understanding of graphic design, typography, technology and digital standards is essential to execute designs that look great and deliver results.

The AD works closely with our Creative Director, Copywriters and the Interactive Director to create quality design throughout while ensuring that the finished product meets both agency and client expectations. Presentation skills and agency experience are a must.
