Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Manager at Milano Di Rouge will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and digital marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with Milano Di Rouge’s brand objectives and growth goals.

Branding Initiatives:

• Design and execute key branding initiatives, working on both strategic and tactical elements to strengthen the brand’s identity and presence.

Quality Control:

• Provide quality control over all concepts and projects leaving the Creative Department, ensuring that creative materials meet brand standards.

Campaign Budget Management:

• Create, manage, and monitor all campaign budgets to ensure marketing goals are met and exceeded.

Team Management:

• Manage the creative team to maximize individual talents, set expectations, ensure accountability, and maintain clarity of priorities, quality of output, and adherence to deadlines.

Employee Development:

• Train, evaluate, and monitor employee goals and performance to foster professional growth within the team.

Social Media and Advertising Strategies:

• Plan and manage the company’s social media and advertising strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Graphic Design Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the graphic design team on visuals for digital content, advertisements, and campaign deliverables, creating graphics as needed.

Data Analysis and Adjustment:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to adjust marketing strategies as needed, ensuring continuous improvement.

Campaign Monitoring and Evaluation:

• Monitor and evaluate online media campaigns to keep them fresh and effective, optimizing for better results.

Performance Reporting:

• Prepare accurate reports on a marketing campaign’s overall performance, providing insights and recommendations.

Project Milestones:

• Attain project milestones as scheduled and present final materials on-time, ensuring the timely delivery of marketing assets.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all marketing initiatives across various channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve marketing strategies.
• Leverage both organic (SEO) and paid (SEM) search strategies to enhance online visibility and drive targeted traffic.
• Utilize SEO techniques to optimize website content, structure, and technical elements for improved search engine rankings.
• Plan, execute, and analyze SEM campaigns to effectively allocate budget, select appropriate keywords, and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead generation and conversion goals.



Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in digital marketing management, with a track record of successful digital campaigns and online brand growth.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising.

Responsibilities

The Net Lease Group team seeks a personable and professional Marketing Coordinator in its Atlanta office who will be an integral part of our fast-moving team. Ideal candidates for this role have commercial real estate marketing experience, are detail-oriented, self-starters, passionate about storytelling, learning our processes and software, and contributing to our team and firm’s success.

In this role, you will oversee the development, execution and publishing of outbound marketing materials and strategies that build excitement and engagement in NLG’s services and property offerings. You will collaborate and partner across internal teams to design and execute innovative collateral that effectively tells the story of The Net Lease Group for each opportunity we are marketing. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Marketing.

• Provide marketing support to brokers and the management team
• Assist with the creation of proposals and offering memorandums using Powerpoint, InDesign and Photoshop and management of updating property information, as necessary
• Maintain, update, and segment contact databases, email distribution lists, and party invitation lists
• Manage listing inquiries, including distributing and tracking Offering Memorandums and providing property information to potential purchasers as appropriate
• Create, post and manage property listings on listing services (Buildout, LoopNet, CoStar, Crexi, etc.)
• Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorming initiatives
• Develop/modify aerials, site plans, unit/property drawings, or photos for marketing purposes

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of directly applicable experience in graphic and digital/interactive design
• Minimum year of real estate marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, in marketing or graphic design
• Strong understanding of the marketing processes and being able to convey the story we are telling to the public creatively
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams
• Able to prioritize tasks to meet established and arising deadlines
• Strong computer and software skills, including Adobe CS, Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, as well as proofreading and editing abilities
• Poise and professionalism when representing the company at various industry and company-sponsored events
• Social media and digital marketing experience a plus but not required
