Summary
We are looking for a smart, experienced, and motivated Art Director to join our San Diego team.
The Art Director is responsible for leading creative professionals with panache. We need someone who sees people over projects; who can help grow a creative team that makes our clients’ consumers weak in the knees. Job Description
You will work closely with Producers, Product Specialists and Executive Producers on live virtual car walkthroughs for customers for our General Motors client. This role requires a mixture of technical knowledge as well as knowledge of digital workflows, with an onsite experiential component. In this role, you will work onsite at the GM studio, ensuring all technical and digital aspects of the virtual walkthrough flow smoothly – from setting up video equipment and setting up the network connection to ensuring there are no connection issues and that onscreen intro and end frames are correct.
The Associate Producer is an entry level position responsible for supporting all levels of production on integrated engagements, sometimes leading small engagements on his/her own. It is a learning position where priority is to have wide exposure into different productions, but also a role who is expected to independently manage small/low stakes productions. You are our first source of information, communications, and statuses/successes/failures, and act as the documenters and trouble shooters for all things going on in the studio, ensuring the correct info gets to the correct people in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
- Your top three daily duties:
- Monitoring live tour sessions
- Prepping and maintaining equipment
- Key personnel for group tours (responsible for entire administration of each tour)
- Dentsu Producers elevate the creative; find versatile solutions to keep good ideas alive. They lead the evolution of creative concepts into even stronger executions.
- Ambitiously gather knowledge on production process – try to apply on projects and advocate for adherence to it to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality assets. Escalate any potential project risks to the lead producer

- Maintain schedules set by lead producers, communicate progress and status on multiple projects, coordinate people and resources, identify challenges and recommend solutions.
- Asset Management and banner content creation within Google Studio and associated tools leading to generating client preview links and ensuring quality control before links are sent to internal and client stakeholders for review.
- Manage communication with partners and maintain knowledge and awareness of partner agency efforts in order to communicate risks and manage expectations around timelines.
- Assign tickets and track progress in our internal task management system (JIRA).
- Production organization; Coordinate meetings, notes, status reports, task lists, hot sheets, etc.
- Coordinate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of art directors, copywriters, account and PM
- Develop and track small/low stakes project timelines and resources with minimal oversight
- Manage multi asset deliveries using assets tracker to ensure on time and on spec delivery.
- Close out projects properly; file management and final budget/resource actualization.
- Conduct and document post project summary meetings

- We are looking for a Contract Senior Art Director with an exceptional art direction background to partner with our Creative Studio team. The right candidate is passionate and thoughtful about strategic ideas, detail oriented from concepting to final delivery, a creative problem solver, and an advocate of beautiful inclusive experiences across all mediums. You’ll be applying a keen design eye and art direction skills to make compelling work live beautifully, online and offline.
- The Ask:
- Develop an overarching creative big idea/program and multiple tactics to launch during Black History Month (and potentially and likely extend as ongoing initiative) to help black professionals and take action against the professional bias that can feeling like it is holding them back, or challenging their success.

Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in the creative industry or equivalent work environment.

As Dickies Senior Art Director, you will help develop and apply the global marketing strategy in all content production. You will formulate concepts, execute and design against them for ad campaigns in print, film, OOH, and social/digital. How You Will Make a Difference
What you will do:
- Partner with Sr. Creative Director to establish campaign creative strategies, direction & content development while bringing our Creative Vision to life.
- Inform/drive creative alignment on best practices in campaign creative, product marketing and seasonal marketing storytelling.
- Oversees studio to iterate approved concepts.
- You will own multiple projects and develop an ongoing, multi-season campaign, including:
- Directing commercial film shoots and managing film production
- Leading digital production with internal team and external partners
- Leading photo shoots, both location and tabletop, including prep, styling, and editing
- Drive high-output (best in class) clear creative direction with internal and external partners in a consistent brand voice and tone.
- Drive best in class seasonal brand campaigns, celebrating the innovative DNA of our brand, its rich workwear heritage and authentic connection with our makers
- Convey complex information and persuade several diverse stakeholders / audiences often across multiple channels.
- Facilitate cross functional alignment on key campaign launch moments and seasonal business priorities in market as appropriate.
- Be a true creative expert, focused on holistic, product-driven narratives thathighlight our innovation and everything great that enables makers to do the things we love, while elevating seasonal product collections
- Partner with marketing counterparts, reviewing and developing creative briefs to assure alignment and drive production strategy.
