Sneaky Owl Media is excited to announce a casting call for various crew positions for an upcoming narrative Christmas commercial. This project will be filmed over a span of seven days in Oklahoma City and offers a fantastic opportunity for those looking to contribute to a dynamic and creative filming endeavor.

Job Responsibilities:
- 1st AC: Responsible for focus pulling, camera maintenance, and assisting the cinematographer. Must ensure the camera is ready for all shooting requirements.
- 2nd AC: Assists the 1st AC, manages equipment, and clapperboard operations. Responsible for logging and tracking footage.
- Grip: In charge of rigging, lighting setups, and maintaining equipment on set. Must collaborate with the electrical department to create the appropriate lighting.
- BTS Photographer: Captures behind-the-scenes photos and video content. Must work closely with the director and production team to document the filming process.
- PA: Assists in various production tasks, runs errands, and provides general support to the entire crew and cast.
Requirements:

Job Overview: The Center for Book Arts is excited to announce an opening for a Book Art Studio Manager. This role is vital in maintaining and enhancing our vibrant artistic community. As a Book Art Studio Manager, you will join a dedicated team of 5 full-time and 3 part-time employees. Your primary focus will be overseeing the Letterpress and Bindery Studios, Bookshop, and Artist Residencies. You will work closely with the Educational and Exhibitions Programs Managers, managing the Outreach Coordinator, Maintenance Assistant, volunteer studio ambassadors, studio intern, and Visitor Services Volunteers.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain an inclusive, welcoming, and well-maintained community studio.
- Act as the primary contact for CBA’s Studio Programs, including the Artist-in-Residence program, studio rentals, tours, group workshops, and bookshop.
- Manage the Artist-in-Residence Program.
- Train and supervise Studio Ambassadors, Studio Interns, and Visitors Services volunteers.
- Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and shared studios.
- Oversee bookshop sales, displays, and inventory.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director & Director of Development to enhance studio programs.
- Create and nurture a community of artists within the studios.
- Coordinate with Program Staff for scheduling studio use and supervising program-related responsibilities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
- 2-5 years experience in a communal art studio.
- Experience in managing budgets.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

- Experience in book art techniques (letterpress, hand binding, risograph) is a strong advantage.

Time Requirement:
