We are looking for a talented Art Director who will act as a conceptual and visual architect of brand experiences as well as an executor of visual design and development. The Art Director will be responsible for creating and delivering high quality art direction and graphic design across a variety of platforms with an emphasis on social and digital. We are looking for someone who can take creative insights and briefs and turn them into powerful messaging that works and drives impact.
The person in this position will be working in a real-time and extremely fast turnaround environment as part of working across the B2B and B2C consumer landscape. What You’ll Do
- Be a brand steward of the brands’ look and feel and be able to adapt it on various channels
- Works closely with creative lead to bring the team’s strategy to life visually and conceptually
- Ideate and execute sound creative ideas for client marketing materials
- Collaborate with the team to develop and present creative concepts for clients and new business to help build brands
- Tailor concepts to business objectives and audience demographics
- Concept new campaigns as well as standalone creative assets in response to real-time cultural moments driven by strategic insights
- Work independently and collaboratively with a Copywriter partner to develop ideas, refine concepts and ensure creative vision is achieved and client expectations are met
- Communicate regularly with Account Services and Project Management team to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met
- Present work to clients
- Adapt to and learn new skills and software as needed
- Designs presentation materials to pitch new campaign ideas to clients
What You’ll Need
- 5+ years experience at an advertising agency with recent focus in the digital and social space
- Strong understanding of social and digital advertising
- Strong connection to culture and general consumer relevancy
- Exceptional design aesthetic, variations on styles, and awareness of design trends and innovation
- Proficiency with AfterEffects, PhotoShop, Illustrator, Google docs, Keynote and PowerPoint

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package.
