JOB:
Looking for a DP for a very exciting low budget punk music video shooting around December 16th for 1 full day, including filming for an hour on Manhattan Bridge and shooting the rest of the video at a studio in Journal Square in Jersey City.
The pay is $300.
They are preferably looking for someone who either owns or has access to their own camera (DSLR is okay) and a few lights. The director is the music artist herself. She’ll be on camera most of the time, so she prefers somebody who is patient, who can direct her when she can’t see herself when she’s in front of the camera, which is most of the time, and understands the badassery, humour and vision of punk, or at least somebody who can adapt to this kind of style. She will still be directing, she just needs somebody with a strong good eye when framing shots. Even better, if he/she finds him/herself a good director, although it’s a DP position.
It’s an attention-grabbing, sexy, energetic, non PC song that’s for the adventurous, so it’s not for the faint-hearted.
“RESIGNATION” PILOT Extras Casting Call
Next up for THIS THURSDAY, 12/8 AND FRIDAY, 12/09 (NEW to the Resignation Pilot)-no recalls. This is the only day we can repeat talent. Need to work both days.
Filming at the South Loop Studio in Chicago’s main stage.
Thursday AND Friday we’re filming a few scenes in a coffee house. Friday is a continuation of the same scenes so we need exactly the same people back that work this upcoming Thursday.
Since there will only be a few cast and we need to count on your professionalism and dependability, we prefer those that have worked with us in the past. However, please do not submit if you have worked the RESIGNATION PILOT already. OK if submitted before but not selected for this past week.
$123.20 for up to 8 hours, plus time and one half overtime.
Free parking. If you have any dietary restrictions, they would like to make something special for you. You would need to let us know ‘after’ being booked when you respond to your booking email. Not in the submission email.
A Coffee Shop Employee will be pulled from the extras working this day.
We need only a few Coffee Shop Patrons ~ no minors (must be at least 18 years old & older), but no age or diversity restrictions.
- 2x “Hipster looks” – age: 21 – 37. No diversity restrictions.
- 1x “Stinky Guy”. This gentleman is playing someone who neglects their personal hygiene (but not for real), and probably spends a lot of time in the coffee shop. No age or diversity restrictions. Must be at least 18 years old.

We’re filming a scene in a bar bathroom where we will need just a couple Bar Patrons – age: 21 (must be at least 21 years old) – 42, no diversity restrictions.
