Job Description: Maple Studios is casting background actors for the upcoming mini web series “Rhapsody of My Deadly Affair,” produced by Brett Newton. This project will be featured on ReelShort App, a platform specializing in short-form content akin to soap operas in a TikTok-style format. Each episode is approximately 5 minutes in length.

Casting Call: Confectionery Brand Online Campaign – Paid Opportunity

Job Description: We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for pairs of individuals to feature in an online campaign for a prominent confectionery brand. This campaign focuses on creating heartwarming moments of surprise between loved ones. One individual in each pair will hide a surprise for their loved one in a place that holds special meaning to both, providing clues to discover it. This must be a generic location, avoiding specific landmarks to maintain a universal appeal.

Roles to be Cast:

  1. Retired Couple: One member of the couple will surprise the other.
  2. Single Parent and Teenager (age 16+): The parent will surprise their teenage child.
  3. Young Parents: One parent will create a surprise for the other.
  4. Siblings or Young Couple (age 18+): One sibling or partner will surprise the other.
  5. Friends/Students (age 18-25): One friend/student will surprise the other.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the production team to plan and execute the surprise.
  • Participate in the filming process, which may include interviews and candid moments.
  • Maintain confidentiality about campaign details until the official release.
  • Be available for the entire duration of the filming schedule.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Portraying the role of a Crime Scene Investigator in various scenes for the television series “Mayor of Kingstown.”
  • Working closely with the director and other cast members to bring authenticity to the role.
  • Being present on set for the full duration of the shoot as scheduled.
  • Participating in costume fittings and makeup sessions as required.
  • Following direction and adapting to changes in scripts and scenes.

Requirements:

  • Previous acting experience, preferably in television or film (preferred but not essential).

  • Partner closely with eCommerce, Marketing, and executive counterparts to translate digital marketing, content, and merchandising strategies; bringing creativity and elevated storytelling to life in seasonal campaigns and best-in-class digital commerce.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance eCommerce experiences through the incorporation of emerging trends and digital innovations that yield creative and commercial outcomes.

THE QUALIFIERS

  • A degree in Marketing Communications, Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field or equivalent combination of professional, visual creative experience.
  • 8+ years of experience as a visual designer, creative director, design director, or similar creative role.
  • 3+ years in people management.
  • Experience leading large, DTC eCommerce-focused projects of complex design systems and art direction: including image curation, visual storytelling, typography, layout, form and color.
  • Demonstrated experience leading creative for consumer-centric digital, eCommerce, and social marketing campaigns.
  • Industry experience in consumer products and online retail
  • A working understanding of Agile methodologies and web software development practices
  • Hands-on experience working within collaborative design and prototyping systems such as Figma or InVision

The Executive Producer will be responsible for Officer Tatum’s YouTube channel and Radio Show.

The typical duties and responsibilities of a YouTube and Radio Producer includes:

  • Generating and researching ideas for programs
  • Developing content and writing material for scripts, bulletins, and links
  • Sourcing potential contributors and interviewees
  • Undertaking editing, interviewing, and reporting duties as necessary
  • Checking that copyrights are cleared

Qualifications
