Still Here is seeking a highly qualified and skilled creative individual to assume the role of Creative Producer, responsible for production and execution of all branded content, in-line with marketing calendar, for use on all brand marketing platforms.Â
The individual in this role will work closely and report directly to our Creative Director and our Head of Brand to help conceptualize campaigns and own production of all marketing and content creation. The perfect candidate possesses a sharp design eye and is a talented art director or content producer with relevant industry experience. Responsibilities:
Assist CD in concepting Art Direction for marketing and branded content campaigns for use across all brand touchpoints, inclusive of web, social, OOH and email.Â
Work closely with Head of Brand to understand the marketing calendar, launch cadence, product details, deliverables request, campaign voice and objectives.
Consistent ideation and creative flow with CD, including concept development, moodboard creation and presentation for review.
Create, plan and manage Brand Creative/Content calendar to effectively produce shoots in line with brand Marketing calendar, timelines and deadlines.
Own all content workflows including e-commerce shoots, line-sheet shoots, editorial lookbook development, content and studio shoots, in support of launches, brand activations and events.
Shoot Production: inclusive of being lead on casting and bookings, location scouting, contract negotiation, call-sheets, day-of production and organization, delivery of final assets, asset selection, and post-edit.
Constantly seeking out creative and talented partners (photographers, videographers, models, hair & make-up etc..)
Work closely with Marketing and E-Commerce departments to format assets to required dimensions and for all uses.
Maintain brand’s visual identity across all creative assets.
Collaborative creative planning on all channels including social media, web, OOH and email.Â

Role Description
Together with the COO and Head of Programs, the Programs Manager is responsible for developing, planning, scheduling, managing, implementing, and evaluating the Leadership Arts Institute, Leadership Arts Alumni, On My Own Time, and Art at Work Exhibits and Programs. Additionally, this role supports all BCA committee-led special programs, such as Art & Real Estate, Art & Technology, and Art & Wellness. Duties include event planning, scheduling, promotion, recruiting, public relations, and communication. This position reports to the COO and Head of Programs.

Job Functions
Leadership Arts Institute: Work closely with the COO to plan and facilitate the LAI program through each stage of its 9-month course, including cultivation and recruitment, class planning, class communication, and class project management. Perform regular duties including, but not limited to:
·        Recruit class members for annual enrollment
·        Manage monthly classes, including venue selection, speakers, agenda, and catering. Ensure that all materials (handouts and presentations) are prepared for classes.
·        Assist with the development and implementation of a class project, ensuring the project is aligned with the BCA mission
·        Manage class communications
·        Prepare, distribute, and evaluate class surveys
·        Manage program to the highest quality levels, encouraging further program participation
·        Ensure that class project donations are recorded and recognized

Leadership Arts Alumni: Support Leadership Arts Alumni by serving as a liaison to the LAA Steering Committee. Provide artists’ W-9 forms to the Finance Director to ensure honorarium payment.
Social Media and Newsletter: Execute best social media practices on behalf of BCA. Work with BCA team to coordinate information and schedule weekly postings on all BCA platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram). Manage and create content for the monthly newsletter. Track monthly analytics.
Website: Update BCA website to ensure the platform is always current with accurate dates, event information, program descriptions, and photos. Provide updates as needed and track monthly analytics.
