General Summary
The Creative Director is responsible for developing and implementing the strategic direction for multiple brands designed to support the company’s strategic objectives. The Creative Director will work in partnership with the brand managers and artists to achieve the long-term strategic goals for the future. This position requires a creative and passionate entrepreneur that operates in a customer centric environment resulting in the correct merchandising strategy that drives sustained growth season after season. Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions)
- Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion in accordance with deadlines.
- Collaborate with executive team and brand managers to obtain knowledge of the business requirements
- Produce fresh, innovative work that distills abstract business concepts and client needs into refined, elegant creative solutions, compelling print materials and digital experiences for both retail and consumer audiences.
- Collaborate with other company employees to write and design unique and well-crafted copy
