Hylton Casting is currently casting the following extra roles for the BET+ TV series The Ms. Pat Show Season 2. Please review the breakdown below for additional details.

Extra Roles:
15 Strip Club Female Customer Extras
1 Strip Club Bouncer Extra
-These extras will work in interior scenes depicting a strip club with male strippers and female customers. The female customer extras should be prepared to receive lap dances and interact with the male stripper extras. There will be no nudity in these scenes.
-All ethnicities, ages 18 and older.

 

Filming Dates:
Tuesday, 3/22/22
Wednesday, 3/23/22
-You must be available for BOTH filming dates.
-Please note, filming on 3/23/22 will take place in front of a live studio audience!

 

COVID-19 Testing Date:
Monday, 3/21/22
-Testing is located in Atlanta, GA.
-The test performed is a Covid-19 PCR Test.
-While at the test facility and on set, PPE must be worn.
-All possible work dates are contingent upon clearing these tests.

-You may not provide test results from another outside source. You MUST be tested by The Ms. Pat Show Health and Safety team.
-You must attend testing regardless of vaccination status.

Background performer services:  $88/8 hrs ($11/hour, you are guaranteed 8 hours, with applicable overtime)

As an Associate Producer, you’ll be a valued member of the production team, managing sub-groups of developers within the larger project team. This individual is responsible for establishing and managing the administrative project coordination, timelines, deliverables for both the internal design team and production stakeholders for single or multiple projects. The Creative Associate Producer II act as the main point of contact on some projects.

Responsibilities :

  • Manages project schedules, resources, and helps facilitates vendor contracts
  • Point of contact for project communications from Production, including status reports for design team, management staff, clients, and vendors
  • Keeps communication pipeline maintained at the highest possible level for positive productivity

Overview

The Video & Sound Production Specialist must demonstrate a command of the daily workflow for the advertising/marketing team to include development of Video & Sound project timelines by managing schedules, maintaining company brand standards across all projects, and by demonstrating a thorough understanding of specifications for all marketing/advertising projects.

The Video & Sound Production Specialist is responsible for our media deliverables, including TV, digital video content production, all radio, (both streaming and terrestrial), and all in-store messaging which includes all overhead in store announcements, in store music, and queuing monitor advertising.This role impacts our branding content and messaging across multiple impressions for our customers.

Responsibilities:

TV Production & Digital Video:

  • Owns the relationship with outside vendors to execute national, cable, local + top 10 local markets television campaigns and digital video needs from start to finish.
  • Assists in development of all creative briefs and scheduling to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Partners with marketing content team, collecting merchandise information and samples for in store and out of store TV shoots.
  • Supports agency on all network legal TV substantiation.
  • Manages Spanish translations process to ensure accuracy and brand guidelines are met.

Terrestrial Radio, plus all Steaming Radio (Spotify and Pandora)

Position Summary

We are seeking an Associate Producer who will work alongside the finishing producing team in a supporting capacity. The Producing team is responsible for oversight and management of the production process from initial pre-pro phase through conform, color and delivery.

Although this is a more junior position, the Associate Producer position is an opportunity to learn and be mentored by some of the most experienced finishing producers in the industry.

The Associate Producer we are looking for should have great inter-personal skills, be meticulous, always organized and work calmly and professionally especially during high pressure situations.

As a member of the production team, this individual will take pride in their work and be an active participant in a dynamic team whose members are constantly looking to develop the capabilities and successes of the department.

This position reports to the Director/Production – Las Palmas.

Main Duties

  • Be a supporting interface between our producing team, client production, client editorial and the various faculties and services at Company 3.
  • An appetite to learn and master the digital finishing workflow including image acquisition technologies, digital camera types, best editorial procedure, online-conform, color correction, LUTs, digital cinema, HDR and deliverable requirements and procedures relevant to each of your projects.
  • Have exceptional organizational skills and be detail oriented.
  • Participate alongside out producing team on regular status calls, production summaries and strategy meetings for high-profile feature & episodic finishing projects.
  • Coordinate with internal operations, scheduling and assist teams to schedule facility resources & preparations for Projects/Sessions
  • Prioritize and ensure timely completion of all intermediate processes and deliverables as per client production schedule and requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal data management team to ensure timely migration of all digital assets relevant to your project into, through and out of our storage infrastructure.
  • Support producers in accounting/billing – Work Order creation, actualization, updating financial and project trackers

What You Bring

  • Experience in features, trailer marketing, episodic, dailies, Post Production or VFX finishing environment.
  • The ability to prioritize, monitor, and manage workload.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to learn and process information quickly is a plus.
