Job Description

The Associate Producer will build and maintain EBG’s offers with respect to agreement details, cost, and sales price for ticket products, event products, and touring products in the EBG backend database and various other internal systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Associate Producer will work with both external and internal partners to collect assets and data to build new offers and maintain existing offer listings. Including but not limited to entering the cost, sales price, images, specific offer copy, and affiliate commission fields for products through approved sales channels within our EBG backend database and various internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure website efficiencies, troubleshoot purchase paths and product offerings, to create an overall best guest experience
  • Provide daily updates and maintenance for various platforms and sales channels
  • Maintain accurate and detailed workspace to effectively document various department tasks in relation to builds and maintenance for our offers
  • Work with other Producers and internal teams as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Candidate must be extremely detail oriented and organized
  • Candidate must be able to work on several projects simultaneously and possess the ability to switch between them seamlessly
  • Candidate must possess the ability to maintain focus in a busy, collaborative and occasionally loud environment
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to accurately document work performed
  • Comprehensive knowledge of various internet browsers and basic HTML
  • Candidate needs to possess an intermediate skill level in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally in a professional manner
  • Previous experience with ticketing systems and the leisure/entertainment industry is a plus

Charles & Colvard is seeking a creative leader with vision, drive, and a passion for mentoring creative teams. The Art Director role is the creative anchor within our in-house brand and content development team. They will lead creative development of core marketing initiatives and product launches, develop brand campaigns and graphic standards, and work closely with the Director of Creative Services and a team of designers, photographers, and copywriters to ensure that the creative campaigns are executed across all brand channels (print, digital and social). Ideally, they will have a refined eye for luxury design, and experience working within jewelry, fashion, or luxury industries. They will play an active role in brainstorm sessions with cross-functional management teams and should be comfortable in presenting both creative concepts and rationale. This role requires strong management skills and ability to lead, develop and retain a growing team, set goals, and delegate responsibilities.

**This role is required to be on-site at our headquarters located in Morrisville, NC.

Accountabilities & Performance Measures:

  • Develop, lead, and manage the overall look and feel of the Charles & Colvard brand, owning the progression of voice/tone of all creative content
  • Manage all creative content development from start to finish and work closely with the web team to ensure content is optimized for performance
  • Work closely with the overall marketing team and IT department to ensure that web infrastructure supports brand messaging, content, and product promotion goals

Competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • 4+ years of experience in an Art Director or Senior Designer role and 6+ years in creative/design field with emphasis on ecommerce
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Project Management systems, MAC platform, etc.

Qualifications:

  • Strong self-starter with demonstrated experience in developing brand identity and messaging
  • Demonstrated experience in luxury brand development and strong multi-channel execution
  • Proven track record of directing photography and videography
  • Proficiency in a variety of digital marketing tools and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Understanding of how content marketing, PR, email marketing and social media interact and bolster the overarching brand initiatives and goals

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has supervisory responsibilities and will manage the creative team inclusive of graphic designers, photographers, and videographers.

Freelance Researcher/ Associate Producer, Documentary Productions, Law&Crime Network

The Law&Crime Network has an immediate opening for a freelance Research/Associate Producer to work on a new long form documentary series led by Executive Producers Brian Ross and Rhonda Schwartz , Emmy award winning investigative journalists.

The Researcher/AP will assist producers in all aspects of story development and production – research, shooting, writing and editing . This position is responsible for archival photo/video research, including rights and clearances , preparing transcripts, organizing elements for writers and editors, help coordinate field shoots and various production work as needed.

Requirements:

We are looking for applicants with at least two years of professional production experience in long form projects with expertise in FOIA requests, Lexis Nexis research, archival film and photo research and knowledge of rights and clearances . Candidates with should have basic video editing experience , familiarity with organizing materials for the edit room.

We are a collegial team in a small shop looking for detailed oriented, creative, high energy candidates. This is an excellent opportunity for entry level applicants with solid writing, creative and technical skills aiming for a career in long form production.

Set in 1860s Bangkok, the musical tells the story of the unconventional and tempestuous relationship that develops between the King of Siam and Anna, a British schoolteacher whom the modernist King, in an imperialistic world, brings to Siam to teach his many wives and children. With a superior score of treasured songs including Whistle a Happy Tune, Getting to Know You, and Shall We Dance, The King and I is a testament to the lavish heritage of gloriously romantic musical theatre.

For practical reasons, children must live within easy travelling distance of central London –no more than 1 hour away. Please do not suggest children who live outside this area. We are looking for three teams of children to share the following roles – this means when touring in the UK, they will mostly only be away for half a week, with a week off before the next dates. Tutoring will be provided whilst away where required.

ROYAL PRINCES (aged 9-13) (Male) We are looking for young looking 9-13 year old boys, to play Siamese Princes. All children need to be confident singers. Boys voices must be unbroken. All need to be able to pick up simple movement routines.

All submissions for these roles must be of East Asian,South East Asian or mixed heritage thereof in appearance.
