Charlotte Casting Calls & Acting Auditions

Corrigan & Johnston is seeking individuals of all ages to be a part of a commercial project shooting in the Charlotte Area featuring horses and their relationships to people.

Please pay close attention to taping instructions for each role and upload videos accordingly.

ROLES

• YOUNG GIRL 6 to 9 years old, white female. love to see real mother-daughter combos. Must be comfortable on and around horses

• YOUNG GIRL’S MOM 30 to 36 years old, white female. love to see real mother-daughter combos. Must be comfortable on and around

  horses

• OLDER WOMAN 68 to 75 years old, white female. Must be comfortable on and around horses

• FEMALE COLT STARTER 23 to 27 years old, Black female. Must have real horse handling experience

• THERAPY PATIENT 6 to 9 years old, all ethnicities male. looking for children with special needs, particularly interested in children with down syndrome. Must be comfortable on and around a horse, it will be a horse therapy setting.

  • NOTE: This child does not need to have special needs to submit.

• THERAPIST 35 to 50 years old, all ethnicities male. must be comfortable on and around horses

• COWBOY 1 35 to 50 years old, white male. must be comfortable on and around horses, would love to see people with livestock experience

• COWBOY 2 40 to 55 years old, Black male. must be comfortable on and around horses, would love to see people with livestock experience

• MALE RANCHER 25 to 29 years old, white male. we need an experienced actor for this role, must be comfortable on and around horses

• FEMALE HORSE VET 35 to 50 years old, Mixed Ethnicity female. We would love see people with real vet experience!

RATES

• (per day)- $600+15% (based on a 12 hr day)

• Travel Stipend (for people over 1.5 hrs from Charlotte- $500

• Buyout for usage- $1500+15%

Casting Call: Looking for 2 Caucasian males (age 60 – 80) for a utility commercial – shot in Asheville, NC.

We need someone who sounds very old (80s+) but will be silhouetted (like anonymous interview style) on screen. Then another who will come in as a spokesperson, but also late-60s+, with more of an authoritative demeanor.
