We’re looking for a highly motivated PR & Influencer Marketing Coordinator who can help develop and execute smart and on-trend strategies.

Please note: This is a Costa Mesa, CA -based position (working remotely is not an option)

About You

  • Proven experience launching profitable influencer partnerships – bonus points if you have experience in the same field as our brand (jewelry & fashion).
  • Proven experience creating and writing press materials, including press releases.
  • Persistent and bold: you’re not afraid to pursue publications until you get an answer from them! You’re tenacious and won’t stop until you find out exactly who to reach and how to reach them.
  • A great understanding on how social media works for brands. You can tell when content feels authentic and will lead to real conversion. On the other hand, you’re aware of what type of content feels “like an ad” and will be skipped over.
  • Has an eye for up & coming creators. You can tell when a content creator is going to be big!
  • You’re analytical. You rely heavily & study conversion rates, CTR, ROAS, other KPIs, and influencer metrics.
  • Organization is your bread and butter. You have an excellent system to track creators, from the very first discovery all the way to a beautiful partnership.
  • Content creators love working with you – and thus, they love working with our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Persistently calling, DM’ing, emailing, etc., publications and brands.
  • Supports all aspects of influencer campaign planning, development, execution and reporting
  • Create, draft, and execute launch calendars and campaigns.
  • Must have strong organization skills and be proficient in Grin or other influencer marketing platform.
  • Work with appropriate Legal and SP leads to ensure creative meets legal standards
  • Ensure final creative and custom integrations are consistent with the brand.
  • Work with Manager to identify and build relationships with creators with a strong audience fit and affinity for assigned brand
  • Support budget and campaign performance tracking across assigned categories.

Experience & Requirements

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Fashion Product Coordinator, Commerce with a passion for product management to join our team. The individual in this role will support the process of creating world-class product collections and product experiences for The SpringHill Company. To succeed in this role, you will be an expert at coordinating across the entire product development cycle for apparel and consumer goods. You are great at project management and connecting the dots across various stages of product launch while cross-functionally working with creative, digital, marketing, operations, and product teams.

You have strong knowledge of what it takes to bring a product from idea to market, and all checkpoints in between. You embrace storytelling techniques as an integral piece to product and brand development. You are thoughtful, and love collaborating both internally and externally to ensure the highest quality, forward focused, trend-right product lines across all channels of distribution that ultimately grows the business.

REPORTS TO:

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support product coordination efforts across multiple collections and campaigns from inception to launch.
  • Work closely with product development, operations, and commerce teams from product ideation through commercialization of branded products.
  • Work alongside operations and development across product manufacturing and vendor management.
  • Coordinate project timelines, adjustments, and updates with apparel design and commerce teams.
  • Support sample coordination, pick up/delivery to ensure all merchandise received on time and against accurate builds/specs.
  • Participate in product fit sessions, supporting development tasks and deliverables.
  • Attend weekly, monthly, quarterly cross-functional team commerce and product meetings.
  • Support sample and product coordination for apparel photoshoots for both brand and collaboration partners for internal and external campaign usage.
  • Support image auditing proof sessions from shoots through post production and final selects.
  • Ensure accuracy of product shot lists across multiple campaigns, partnering with creative teams and external partners.
  • Consistently audit of the commerce website properties to ensure accuracy of merchandising.
  • Support product marketing and commerce teams with weekly/monthly best seller recaps and insights to help drive deeper analytics and efficiencies across product business goals and initiatives.
  • Support linesheet audits, builds, drops, and reviews along with updates across teams.
  • Auditing style numbers, pricing, size scales, color codes, for correctness across all collections and projects.
  • Coordination of product imagery and asset management from shoot to live on website.
  • Style Number and SKU generation support for products.
  • UPC generation support for products.
  • Manage and support Merch Pack sku, content, copy, features, product imagery for all launches.
  • Work cross-functionally with Creative, Digital, Marketing, and Communication teams to ensure accurate product representation.
  • Conduct market research for competitor, best practices, consumer, price studies, and trend research.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product design, development, brand marketing, digital, and commerce teams to support product story.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related fields (e.g. Apparel design, product development).
  • 3+ years of experience supporting product development or operations.
  • A strong eye for detail and refinement.
  • Excellent organizational skills with team-based personality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at various stages at the same time.
  • Show self-motivation, maturity, drive and the desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Ability to take direction and be proactive in assisting team members.
