One of our clients is looking for a direct hire Content Manager in the Austin, TX area.

This is a hybrid role requiring 2 – 3 days in the office per week, and there will be occasional overnight travel.

Salary for this role is $135,000 – $150,000.

This is not a relo position – you must live in the Austin area already.

Content Manager Responsibilities:

  • You’ll help develop omnichannel messaging and content strategies, campaign concepts, and general content plans as needed
  • You’ll provide editorial direction and guidance to the in-house copywriting crew and help develop their talents and skill sets
  • You’ll help ensure that all copy is being written within the brand voice and standards, and help improve brand that voice within the company’s vision
  • You’ll oversee and direct copywriting across marketing + creative for things such as social media ads, video, email marketing, landing pages, blogs, website content, packaging, eCommerce, etc.
  • You’ll help concept awesome content to support thought leadership, understanding, and education within our target consumer segments
  • You’ll work with the creative team and relevant stakeholders to determine the concept and copy for various campaigns and specific marketing initiatives
  • You’ll help guide, concept, present and execute innovative creative marketing work that connects with the target’s needs
  • You’ll apply creative direction and various talking points from creative briefs into great, engaging and effective copy concepts and ideas

Content Manager Requirements:

  • Must have 8+ years of professional copywriting experience
  • Must have 3+ years of experience in content management and concepting for the web / desktop, mobile, social media, and other platforms
  • Must have 2+ years of experience working on national or global eCommerce brands
  • Must have a degree within a writing-based discipline (journalism, advertising, creative writing, etc.)
  • Must already be in the Austin market and able to commute to the office 2 to 3 times per week

Job Summary:

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the sales team. Be the main marketing point of contact within the RevOrg. Make sure marketing campaigns are in line with the goals of the sales and revenue teams. Share feedback from the RevOrg with the wider marketing teams to secure our campaigns match their need.
  • Outbound Messaging: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and compelling messaging for various marketing channels, such as event nurture campaigns, ABM cadences, lifecycle email flows and others.
  • Project Management: Coordinate marketing projects and initiatives, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget. This may involve working with internal teams, external vendors, or agencies.
  • Marketing Collateral: Assist in the development of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales tools.
  • Campaign Analysis: Analyze marketing campaign performance metrics and prepare reports, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future marketing efforts and processes

Must Haves:

  • Experience in a demand generation or field marketing role.
  • Experience with marketing tools and software like Hubspot, Salesforce, 6Sense, Livestorm and Salesloft
  • Tactical experience managing end-to-end campaign execution, from promotion to delivery to follow up and tracking, including for webinars, events, ABM and email marketing programs, targeting to regional and global audiences
  • Experience working in a high-tech environment, ideally in a global, multi-product growth-stage SaaS business
  • Excellent organization and communication skills..

Description:

As the Director of Marketing & E-commerce for RAYMOND WEIL, you will oversee the full funnel marketing strategy and brand management in the US market. 

The primary responsibilities include: leading and managing the Company’s digital marketing initiatives (paid search, paid social, affiliates, display), setting marketing budgets and campaign calendars, overseeing email marketing, management of co-op advertising, control the US web experience, and conducting C-suite analytics reports for the larger team.

The Director of Marketing & E-commerce will be accountable for keeping a consistent brand voice to Swiss headquarters while tailoring programs to fit the shopping behaviors of the US market. This role will manage a team of two within the NYC office and will work closely with global headquarters.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set marketing campaign budgets by channel based on US Market’s projected revenue goals.
  • Determine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for campaign performance and website vitals. Measure and optimize channels based on these set benchmark goals.

Position Summary

The Senior Policy & Campaign Manager will advance APEN’s state policy campaigns as it relates to climate resilience, energy equity, healthy housing, and decommodified land. This work includes advancing strategic campaigns that bring federal and state investments and grow the workforce necessary to support thriving, climate resilient communities in a future beyond fossil fuels. The position leads collective strategizing across diverse partners and advances the vision and expertise of communities disproportionately impacted by pollution and climate change while working alongside key coalitions. The position is situated in APEN’s state team, reports to the Policy & Research Director, and works closely with relevant policy, organizing, and communications staff, the Resilience Hubs Manager, and statewide partners. 

 

Primary Roles and Responsibilities

STATE POLICY ADVOCACY & ANALYSIS

  • Lead development of APEN policy positions and prepare comments and testimony related to APEN’s strategic priorities
  • Design and conduct policy research and analysis to support advocacy efforts at both the federal and state levels
  • Manage the creation, production, and release of communications materials aimed at influencing key decisionmakers, informing APEN supporters, and achieving positive policy outcomes
  • Advocate for APEN’s policy agenda to legislative and administrative bodies, elected officials, partner organizations, and represent APEN before the media and public

Accessibility and Working Conditions

This position will require applicants to work on a computer daily for long periods of time, and collaborate with colleagues and coalition partners through Zoom, email, and other digital platforms. APEN will provide a computer and other equipment needed to fulfill basic job responsibilities.

This position will be a hybrid (remote/in-person) position. Candidates will need to be able to work in-person at one of our offices located in Oakland, Richmond, or Wilmington. Digital Account Coordinator 

What you’ll be doing

As a Digital Account Coordinator (AC), you will work closely with the internal RNMC team to execute advertising/marketing deliverables, ensuring a coordinated, thoughtful approach across projects and phases. ACs should excel at managing and delivering high quality work in a fast-paced environment, seeing projects through from inception to completion. Organization and ability to manage multiple projects is essential. ACs will support the Account team in order to keep projects on track, aid in presentation materials and reporting, among other support needs. Furthermore, the AC will be responsible for client relations with a dedicated portfolio, evaluating client requests, kicking projects off internally, and ensuring the team has what they need to fulfill their parts of the campaign. This full-time position operates as a hybrid with an in-office component in our Charlotte, NC.

Overview:

As a Project Manager on the Americas Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for the project management and delivery of all advertising projects and assets within the Americas Center of Excellence (CoE). You will work closely with all functions within Marketing, primarily partnering with strategy, category teams (client), creatives and production to ensure we are moving projects toward delivery with the appropriate levels of governance at all phases from brief to delivery to asset management.

Responsibilities:

  • Required to understand both agile and waterfall methodologies in order to support both campaign creation and digital production.
  • You must be familiar with Kanban along with traditional project management documentation and tools in order to successfully lead any project request or sprint to completion.
  • Collaborate with the strategist and the owners of the brief to understand the full picture of the project and the deliverables required – need to have an understanding of the briefing process and the ability to examine and question each request to ensure clarity.
  • Define the scope of the project, manage resourcing within the team and highlight needs to increase resourcing when needed.
  • Understand the asks and help determine value of projects and prioritization of what is most critical to work on.
  • Manage changes in scope and understand the implications of them, communicate to the cross-functional teams, and escalate where necessary.
  • Lead status meetings with categories, content teams as well as corporate, includes updating reporting documents.
  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure they have a full picture of the projects upon briefing and manage the progress of the creative development.
  • Partner with Producer or team specialist to create a detailed scope of work pre-production, and assist throughout production, including: project management of pre- and post-production, management of digital display with our digital production partner, upload all final assets to asset management system , supplier management, and billing.
  • Collaboration and communication are a vital part of this role. You must be able to effectively negotiate and prioritize daily requests against clear business criteria in order to maintain a clear project backlog and well organized sprints.
  • Be agile and effective in your ways of working. Always looking to optimize brief intake and process, learning from what works and be willing to flex and drive change.
  • You will be the key point of contact for Group HQ, the North America Marketing team (US, Canada & Mexico) and external agency partner for transcreation, digital production and asset management partner.
  • Roll-out new resourcing and project management tools defined by Group, and work with regional team to ensure adoption and use.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of advertising, marketing or creative agency project management experience
  • Working within organizations that have an integrated approach to marketing – not a singular channel focus
  • Working with partner agencies
  • Working with multiple countries/languages a plus
