Essential Functions
- Represent Good Day Distro brands with professionalism and enthusiasm in all customer-facing interactions
- Conduct in-store demos, samplings, and educational sessions with both budtenders and customers
- Maintain strong product knowledge, including brand stories, product differentiators, and production methods
- Share customer and budtender feedback with the wholesale and marketing teams to help refine programs
- Support promotional priorities and ensure staff are informed of current campaigns
- Track promotional activities, outcomes, and provide feedback as requested
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture that reflects Groundworks’ mission and values
- Attend marketing events and community activations as needed
- Provide training tools, tips, and educational resources to retail staff to strengthen product knowledge and sales confidence

Required Qualifications
- Comfortable in customer-facing environments with strong communication skills
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- Energetic, approachable, and customer-focused

Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2 years of cannabis-related sales, promotions, or brand representation experience

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and engage with customers for extended periods in retail environments
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds (demo materials, product samples, etc.)

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals, programs, and promotional events. Set platform-specific goals and KPIs.
- Track and analyze KPIs including engagement, reach, sentiment and conversions across social & influencer programs. Provide insights and recommendations for optimization (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and campaign wrap).
- Oversee and/or collaborate on creation of platform-specific content (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc) that reflects brand tone and values and drives engagement and conversion and applies learnings & insights to content.
- Tool Proficiency: partner with ICUC and Sprinklr (and others) for social listening, scheduling, analytics, and community engagement.
- Partner with agency(ies) to develop and execute influencer campaigns that support brand awareness and business priorities.
- Review content briefs, timelines, and deliverables; ensure brand compliance and coordinate with store teams for location shoots.
- Monitor platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to keep the brand relevant.

As a Senior Manager, Video you will support the development and execution of world-class original video content. This role will serve as the right hand to our Director of Video, helping to edit, shoot, and produce compelling video stories that highlight Scopely’s brand, executives, employees, products/games, and players.

What You Will Do:
- Support the Director of Video in bringing the content strategy to life across multiple formats and platforms.
- Produce, shoot, and edit video content featuring Scopely executives, employees, games, and players.
- Collaborate on storyboarding, scripting, and creative development, ensuring projects align with Scopely’s brand voice and visual identity.
- Manage production workflows, including set preparation, lighting, audio, and camera operations (from small scrappy shoots to larger productions with vendors).
- Coordinate travel logistics for small crews working on domestic and international productions.
- Own the post-production process, including editing, sound design, color correction, and packaging final assets for distribution.
- Work with internal partners and external vendors (editors, production crews, etc.) to ensure content is executed on time, on budget, and at the highest creative quality.
- Adapt content for different audiences and channels (employees, players, industry, social media, website, events, etc.).
- Serve as a collaborative partner across communications, brand, and marketing functions to surface and capture meaningful stories.
- Maintain production equipment, manage creative assets, and support the technical backbone of the video content function.
- Oversee and manage third party production companies, including content deliverables and all required licenses/releases.
What We’re Looking For
- 5-7 years of hands-on video production experience (in-house or agency); background in games, media, entertainment, or consumer tech strongly preferred.
- Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for narrative pacing, emotion, and brand expression.
- Experience managing all phases of production – from pre-production planning through post-production delivery.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro or Davinci Resolve).
- Ability to “wear many hats” – comfortable running small shoots independently and scaling up with external resources when needed.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
- A collaborative spirit and ability to build trust with executives, employees, and external partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to contribute to scripts and on-screen storytelling.

- 1+ years work experience preferred in helping to create and build show rundowns in cable, broadcast or digital environment.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and under tight deadlines
- Writing background preferred
Schedule:
- Must be available to work nights and weekends
- Must have reliable mode of transportation to and from work
- Must be available to work 5 nights a week in office

Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 – 60,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. Role Details:
CBS Sports HQ is looking for a Digital Line Producer (DLP) to oversee and produce live and live-to-tape programming on our 24/7 Digital Network. The DLP plays a key role in programming as they work closely with Master Control, Producers and Graphics/Video Teams throughout each shift.
Your-Day-to-Day:
- Work with Producers to mirror rundowns
- Clip topics and segments and writing title and descriptions
- Work with Master Control to bring us on air during planned and Breaking News segments
- Make editorial decisions on Programming during live-to-tape hours
