Job Responsibilities

Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics coordination

Support production managers and on-site leads with various operational tasks

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older

Available during high-volume event weekends, including Essence Festival or Tales of the Cocktail

Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently under pressure

Prior experience in live events or production preferred

Reliable transportation to and from event locations

Must live within 45 minutes of the event area

Punctuality and strong work ethic required
