Job Description
An exciting opportunity is available for organized and motivated Production Assistants to support live event activations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working behind the scenes to ensure smooth event operations. You’ll assist in the execution of large-scale cultural events, working with a fast-paced team to bring brand experiences to life.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and logistics coordination

• Support production managers and on-site leads with various operational tasks

• Help maintain event flow and resolve on-site issues quickly and professionally

• Coordinate equipment and supplies needed throughout the event

• Ensure brand guidelines and event standards are upheld

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Available during high-volume event weekends, including Essence Festival or Tales of the Cocktail

• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work efficiently under pressure

• Prior experience in live events or production preferred

• Reliable transportation to and from event locations

• Must live within 45 minutes of the event area

• Punctuality and strong work ethic required
