Job Responsibilities

Develop and create engaging UGC content, including photos, videos, stories, and reels that feature beauty products

Maintain a consistent aesthetic and brand voice across all social media platforms

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align content with strategy and goals

Plan, script, and produce various content formats such as tutorials, hauls, and reviews

Edit and optimize content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
-
Interact with followers through comments, Q&As, and giveaways to build community engagement

Monitor key performance metrics like engagement, reach, and conversions
-
Stay updated on beauty trends, social media changes, and competitor content
-
Contribute creative ideas during content calendar brainstorm sessions

Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains quality standards
Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience creating UGC content (personal or professional)
-
Strong creative portfolio with high-quality samples
-
Excellent skills in photography and videography
-
Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud

Deep understanding of major social media platforms and their unique features
-
Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with managing a content calendar
