This is a role within Peninsula Pacific Entertainment, our parent company, based out of our corporate office in Northfield, New Jersey, with responsibilities extending across our nationwide network of casino gaming and entertainment projects.

Peninsula Pacific Entertainment (P2E), a leading casino entertainment company operating multiple properties throughout the United States, is seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to join our team as a Manager of Marketing & Database Analysis. Based out of our corporate offices in Northfield, NJ, this role offers a unique opportunity to play a crucial part in our strategic marketing efforts and database analysis.

Responsibilities:

Casino Database Stratification and Reinvestment Analytics: Manage and analyze the casino database, stratifying player segments to optimize marketing strategies and reinvestment plans. Coordinate with external mail production facilities for direct mail campaigns, ensuring the accurate transfer of appropriate lists.

Special Event Pro and Post Forma Analysis: Oversee the analysis of special events, both pre- and post-forma, to measure their impact and success. Utilize data insights to refine future event strategies for maximum profitability and customer engagement.

Operational Efficiencies and KPI Benchmarking: Identify and assess operational efficiencies across properties, comparing key performance indicators (KPIs) to industry benchmarks. Utilize data-driven insights to enhance overall operational performance.

Report and Presentation Preparations: Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations, presenting data analysis findings to key stakeholders and senior management. Clearly communicate actionable recommendations based on the data insights.

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field is preferred. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to work with complex data sets, conducting in-depth analysis, and deriving actionable insights.
  • SQL Coding: A minimum of 2 years of experience in writing SQL code for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft BI, Tableau, or similar interactive data visualization software products is essential.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Macros and Pivot Tables.
  • Strategic Mindset: A strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, create data-driven strategies, and contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities, be capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and ensuring accuracy in all aspects of database analysis.
  • Casino Experience (Preferred): While not required, previous experience in the casino or gaming industry would be advantageous.
  • Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
