En qualité d’Assistant Commercial, vous serez chargé, des missions suivantes :
· Suivi du portefeuille clients ;
· Démarchage client par mail/téléphone et suivi des opportunités ;
· Gestion des bons de commandes et des contrats ;

· Rédaction des offres commerciales.
Rattaché au Directeur Commercial et en lien direct avec les commerciaux de l’équipe, vous êtes responsable de la gestion administrative des dossiers de commercialisation et du suivi du portefeuille clients par la prise en charge de tout le flux de la réception de la demande de réservation jusqu’à la validation juridiques des contrats de participation par notre service juridique.
Vous participez également activement au développement du chiffre d’affaires commercial des différents événements organisés.
