Job Description
A major Formula E motorsports event is seeking experienced supervisors to join the on-site event team at Homestead-Miami Speedway. This is a fast-paced, hands-on opportunity for organized, people-oriented professionals who can lead with confidence and maintain consistency across shifts during a multi-day live event.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee event staff and daily operations across multiple shifts

• Ensure smooth coordination between teams and event areas

• Address on-site issues promptly with professionalism

• Communicate effectively with team members and upper management

• Maintain consistency, efficiency, and energy throughout the event

Requirements

• Previous experience in event or staff supervision

• Must be a proactive leader and natural problem-solver

• Excellent communication and people management skills

• Able to stand and move around on-site for extended periods

• Must be available for multiple shifts and maintain schedule reliability

• Local availability or ability to work as a local in Miami
