- Expert at scoping, elevating and executing digital work (requirements, goals, schedule, and scope).
- Work with agency teams and disciplinary leads to execute projects at the highest level for repeated project success.
- Oversee large projects and client relationship(s) with responsibility for client satisfaction, proper prioritization of all deliverables and ensuring quality of work meets agency creative standards and client objectives.
- Participation in the strategic development of digital, av and print work with strategy, social and creatives.
- Candidate should be proficient with project management, communication and programs such as Basecamp.
- Superior presentation, oral, and written communication skills.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- 6+ years of interactive project management on the AGENCY side.
- Experience with various digital and integrated project types and deliverables, including web, mobile, content, OOH, installation, platform, product, av, and print
- Strong, independent thinker, leader and decision maker with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time
- Great presentation, oral, and written communication skills
- Excellent team-building, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to effectively articulate creative and technical solutions that will provide measurable results
- Deep understanding of project management, workflow and process infrastructure
- Can excel in a fast paced and deadline-focused environment that is driven to produce world class results
- Currently in the possession of an ego-free personality that can work with a highly motivated team to get shit done
- A current social media and Google Products userÂ
- Strong interest in Spotify and/or experience in the audio/podcast space is a huge plus
