We’re looking for a Creative Producer to support the Entertainment Marketing & Design team with the ideation and execution of innovative, thumb-stopping content (video and static) across social platforms. This role will work closely with Creative Directors, Editors, Animators, Designers, Writers and Producers to creatively guide and manage the execution of highly shareable social-first content for the launch of a new steaming service.

Essential Responsibilities & Duties

  • Concept and ideate innovative and engaging creative content built and optimized specifically for social platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and Giphy
  • Ideate and concept static, short and long-form content for a new streaming service client across priority social platforms
  • Collaborate masterfully with a cross-functional team comprised of Creative Directors, Editors, Animators, Designers, Writers and Producers to develop clear, high performing creative concepts and formats
  • Work closely with Social Copywriters to develop and elevate scripts; develop wireframes and storyboards for Designers/Animator briefings; partner with Creative Director to punch up creative concepts, etc.
  • Work with Creative Director and Copywriter to write concepts and scripts for videos, and once approved, oversee the production and editing process to ensure that videos are delivered on time and on strategy
  • Translate brand strategy into entertaining static and video content, while paying attention to/integrating viral trends across social platforms
  • Continually evolve and elevate the content approach based on best-performing approaches and client feedback
  • Manage creative team workflow from campaign inception through execution
  • Supervise and guide creative content production efforts
  • Stay on top of social platform best practices and trends

Qualifications

  • Strong grasp of current viral trends and how to make shareable content

  • Has a strong creative eye and ability to effectively bridge creative and social conversations

  • Knowledgeable about tone, style, interactivity, and audience for social platforms
  • Expertise in social media campaign workflows, including understanding the creative and production process as they relate to social media and digital content
  • Proactive, resourceful, and professional with good soft skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education/Experience

  • 3-7+ years of experience working across social, editorial or video production in a creative capacity
  • Strong copywriting experience required
  • Expertise in TikTok content creation strongly preferred
