Job Description

“RJ Decker” Season 2 is seeking South Florida locals for paid background and featured roles filming in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. Opportunities include Little Havana locals, domino players, gala guests and staff, pedestrians, fitness enthusiasts, restaurant patrons, hotel guests, and more.

The production is also seeking vehicles, including select high-end cars, models from 2016 or earlier for flashback scenes, and present-day vehicles.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray assigned background or featured characters in television scenes.
• Follow production direction and maintain continuity between takes.
• Participate in scenes suited to your role, such as dining, jogging, playing dominoes, or attending a gala.
• Provide your vehicle for filming if selected for a vehicle booking.

Requirements

• Be local to South Florida.
• Be available to film in Miami-Dade or Broward County.
• Review the specific location and availability requirements for each role before applying.
• Roles include bartenders, servers, valet attendants, hotel guests, couples, police officer types, park-goers, and people with bicycles or scooters.
• Vehicle owners may submit high-end cars, 2016 or earlier models, or regular present-day vehicles.

Compensation

• Standard rate: $196 for 12 hours.
• Select high-end vehicles receive a $50 special car bump.
• Regular present-day vehicles receive a $30 car bump.

Job Description

Casting background talent to portray community members, city council representatives, government staff, and press for a city council event scene. Filming will take place on Monday, August 11th as part of an ongoing series production in the Miami area. This is a great opportunity to get on set and be featured in a civic-style public gathering.

Job Responsibilities

• Appear as background talent in a staged city council event scene

• Take direction from the assistant director and background coordinator

• Remain professional and camera-ready throughout the day

• Be available for a full 12-hour production window

Job Description

Now casting Latino/Hispanic male talent to portray thug/enforcer types in an upcoming TV series episode filming in Miami. This is for intense character background roles, and talent must be new to the production. Selected individuals may be recalled for an additional shoot date.

Job Responsibilities

• Appear on set in an enforcer-style background role

• Follow direction from the assistant directors and on-set staff

• Be available for one or more filming days as scheduled

• Wear wardrobe appropriate for an urban/action setting (will be provided or instructed)

Requirements

• Male, ages 18–45

• Ethnically Latino, Hispanic, or similar look

• Must be new to the production (not previously cast)

• Must be available in Miami and surrounding area

• Must be comfortable portraying intimidating or tough personas on screen

Filming Dates

• Monday, August 4 (1-day or possible 2-day booking)

  • Some actors may be recalled for Monday, August 11

• Thursday, August 7 (1-day)

Compensation

• $200 for 12 hours

• Additional $50 blood bump if applicable for your scene
