RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate the production and distribution of various legal updates sent to clients, which involves formatting documents for print, web, and email, obtaining appropriate approvals from lawyers and colleagues in other offices, posting to the website and other databases, and creating post-distribution readership reports.
  • Work with the marketing team to plan and execute Firm and client events: distribute invitations, process registrations, maintain registration lists, coordinate production of event materials, staff the events and assist with post-event follow up.

  • Maintain the Firm’s CRM system: track activities for clients, alumni, and friends of the Firm; ensure that contact information is accurate and up-to-date and that contacts are associated with proper mailing lists; generate and format reports as needed; guide secretaries in the effective use of the CRM system.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating marketing department databases and records, including events tracker, rankings and awards tracker, experience management platform, team calendar, etc.
  • Perform basic research and data collection on clients and contacts, industries, and competitors.
  • Maintain accurate records for marketing department expenses and prepare check requests for approval.
  • Support the marketing department’s responsibilities to other Firm departments (recruiting, CLE, legal personnel, and HR, etc.) and outside vendors.

REQUIREMENTS:

Required

  • Drive Direct to Consumer UI/UX and product solutions
  • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with our client’s vision
  • Work with client’s teams to gather initial product requirements
  • Build customer journeys and product wireframes
  • Extensive experience performance driven UX/UI designs
  • Work with our designer team to build and iterate through UI and prototypes
  • Develop and maintain product requirements and roadmaps
  • Build and maintain timelines
  • Develop and drive product KPIs via analytical tools
  • Develop deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress 
  • Drive product execution and coordinate with client’s engineering, marketing and other teams
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather input and feedback
  • Drive client demos to obtain approvals and gather feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of client meetings, action items, blockers and propagate them across other functional teams
  • Ensure each project is on time, within budget and within scope
  • Produce timely project updates

Qualifications

  • Extensive direct to consumer digital experience
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role
  • Experience in product lifecycle management
  • Background in software development and program management is preferred
  • Organizational and leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and creative thinking skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude
  • Solid experience of agile process, tools and best practices
  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Based in (or willing to relocate to) Los Angeles
