Casting Call: Samsung Social Media Advertisement – Real People Casting

Job Details: Our dear producer friend, Sarah Sapien, is conducting a street casting for a Samsung social media advertisement project. We are in search of REAL PEOPLE of ALL TYPES, aged 18 and above, to be featured in this non-union production. The project aims to showcase diverse stories and experiences.

Job Responsibilities: Selected candidates will be asked to participate in a remote recording session via Zoom. You will have the opportunity to share your personal story or experiences related to Samsung products. The goal is to create an authentic and relatable narrative that resonates with a wide audience.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be a real person, non-professional actor or actress.
• Should have a genuine passion for storytelling and a connection to Samsung products.
• Must be comfortable participating in a remote recording session via Zoom.

Compensation: If selected, you will receive a compensation of $4000 for your participation in this project. Please note that this is a non-union production.

Casting Call: Featured Extras – Elementary Students (Boys and Girls, Ages 8-11)

Job Description: We are conducting a casting call for a tech education shoot in Austin, TX. We are in need of two featured extras, elementary students, both boys and girls, within the age range of 8-11.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as background talent in scenes related to a tech education setting.
• Follow directions from the director and production team.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor on set.

Requirements:

• Age: 8-11 years old.
• Must be available for the shoot on SATURDAY, 11/11. Call time will be communicated closer to the date. Please only submit your child if there are no major time conflicts on that day.
• Parent or guardian must be present on set at all times.
• Previous acting experience is not required, but a positive attitude and willingness to follow directions are essential.

Compensation:

• $500 buyout for selected individuals. This is a common rate for extras usage.

Requirements:

• Must be available for filming on Thursday 11/16/23 and Friday 11/17/23.
• Fluency in both English and French for dialogue is mandatory for all roles.
• Ability to portray the specified character traits (conservative, well put together, well spoken).

Casting Call: Self-Esteem Campaign for Major Brand

Job Details: We are seeking girls aged 9-14 with a passion for sports including tennis, basketball, athletics, and swimming, to participate in a self-esteem campaign for a prominent brand. This campaign aims to inspire confidence and empower young girls to engage in sports activities.

Job Responsibilities: Selected candidates will be featured in promotional materials and content related to the self-esteem campaign. This may include photo and video shoots showcasing their sports skills and highlighting their journey towards improved body confidence.

Requirements:

• Girls aged 9-14
• Proficient in at least one of the following sports: tennis, basketball, athletics, or swimming
• Diverse ethnic backgrounds, shapes, and sizes are welcome
• Candidates who have faced challenges with low body confidence issues and may have found it hard to engage in sports activities are encouraged to apply
• No prior modeling or acting experience required

The shoot is scheduled to take place from November 10th to November 12th.

The Senior Art Director will create and manage the overall design and visual style for websites, ad campaigns, magazines/newspapers/publications, photoshoots, and video productions. They will set the general artistic tone, using imagery and aesthetics to bring concepts, campaigns, and branding to life. They direct other designers and art directors to develop artwork and various layouts per project, overseeing the project from inception to completion. Responsibilities

• Work with entire team on a creative audit to elevate innovation and establish a unified brand understanding and company voice
• Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, website content, social media, and other marketing materials
• Participate in creative briefs based on ideas from brainstorming sessions, with direction, schedules, and deliverables for the creative team
• Delegate projects to in-house designers and oversee overall creative process

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in the creative and design industry, marketing, agency, or combination

• Establish Creative department standards for online and offline production, productivity, and quality
• Ensure team adheres to current processes, identifies opportunities for improvement, and proposes and creates processes and tools to support design operations
• Collaborate with marketing and sales divisions in creating marketing plans and aligning team priorities with business objectives so that high-quality work is delivered on time and on budget
• Develop presentation approaches, styles, and techniques for the team
• Be in the know about current creative and market trends
• Strong creative and design portfolio, highlighting expertise in all areas
• Exceptional knowledge of and experience with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, specifically XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop
