In addition to giving extensive verbal notes during rehearsals, I provide in-depth written character notes regarding their past along with a Scene-by-Scene analysis for each character. I possess a very close attention to detail and specific vision regarding my characters. I am a very calm person who will never yell at actors/actresses or crew and will treat everyone with the most respect.
