A television production is casting experienced stenographers for background roles in a major network drama. The scene will feature authentic courtroom activity, and the production is seeking individuals with real stenography experience to ensure realism on set.

Job Responsibilities

• Portray a courtroom stenographer in a professional and believable manner

• Operate stenography equipment naturally and accurately

• Follow on-set direction from the production team

• Be available for a full shooting day as scheduling may vary

Requirements

• Male or female, ages 25–65

• All genders and ethnicities welcome

• Must be an experienced stenographer

• Must be local to Nashville, TN

• Must have full-day availability regardless of final call time

Compensation

• Rate: $175 for 8 hours ($21.87/hr) with an 8-hour guarantee + overtime after 8 hours
