Job Responsibilities

• Conduct on-the-ground and online talent searches in various locations

• Engage with the public to find and approach potential talent

• Assist in organizing casting calls and coordinating casting sessions

• Maintain clear communication with the casting team and project leads

• Manage and update casting databases and materials efficiently
