A London-based talent agency is hiring an experienced Talent Booker to join its office in Hammersmith. This full-time, office-based role is ideal for a driven professional with experience in fashion, commercial, and social media-led projects.
The Talent Booker will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating bookings, managing talent schedules and contracts, and building strong relationships with casting directors, brands, and clients. This is a fast-paced role suited for someone highly organized, proactive, and passionate about social media talent management.
Job Responsibilities

Source, negotiate, and secure bookings across fashion, commercial, and social projects

Grow and nurture the agency’s talent roster

Build and maintain relationships with casting directors, brands, and clients

Manage talent availability, contracts, fees, and deliverables

Oversee bookings from initial enquiry through completion

Handle booking administration and ongoing client communication
Requirements

6 months to 2 years of proven experience as a Talent Booker

Strong interest in social media talent management

Understanding of fashion, commercial, and influencer landscape

Confident, proactive, and highly organized

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Strong knowledge of social platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok

Team player with enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Compensation
-
£28,000–£40,000 salary (depending on experience)

Full-time, 5 days per week (office-based in Hammersmith, London)

28 days annual leave
