Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily production logistics and scheduling for a reality television production
- Create and manage call sheets, production schedules, and crew coordination tasks
- Collaborate with producers, production managers, and department heads throughout production
- Maintain clear communication across multiple departments and crew teams
- Support production workflow while ensuring deadlines and schedules are met
- Assist with organizational and administrative production duties as needed
Requirements
- Prior Production Coordinator experience in large-scale reality television productions required
- Minimum of two credits in a similar production coordination role preferred
- Strong understanding of scheduling and call sheet creation
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities preferred
- Must be Sydney-based and able to work from the Pyrmont production office
- Professional experience in television or entertainment production environments preferred
