A contemporary live performance project is seeking a part-time Production Coordinator to support an upcoming stage production. This hybrid role (in-studio and remote) involves coordinating logistics, communication, and creative production elements to ensure a smooth process from rehearsals through final performance. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a creative team on a major theatrical presentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate production logistics for rehearsals and performances
• Support communication between creative and technical teams
• Assist with scheduling, planning, and project organization
• Help manage day-to-day production needs
• Ensure smooth execution from pre-production through performance

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in live performance, theatre, or dance production
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with basic design and communication tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
• Adaptable, collaborative, and solutions-oriented mindset
• French language skills are a plus

Compensation

• $25 per hour + applicable taxes
