• Keep the conversation flowing and avoid long periods of silence.
• Alternate between holding the phone while moving and placing it on a surface.
• Walk around the room while talking, turning, and changing camera angles like a vlogger.
• Gesture naturally with your free hand while holding the phone.
• Every couple of minutes, place the phone on a table, shelf, counter, or similar surface for approximately two minutes.
• Continue talking naturally while the phone is resting, using both hands for expressive gestures.
