Job Responsibilities

Lead the film from development through post-production

Coordinate budgeting, scheduling, and crew logistics

Assist with grant writing, funding submissions, and festival strategy

Contribute to creative collaboration and execution of the protest scene shot with Steadicam

Guide submission planning to major film festivals and manage impact distribution
Requirements

Must be age 40 or older

Strong background in independent film production

Previous work selected by Berlinale or Sundance is highly preferred

Familiarity with Canadian and international film funding and festivals

Experience with grant/funding applications (e.g., Telefilm Canada, TIFF Talent Lab)

Ability to manage multiple phases of the production process with professionalism
