Job Description
A unique hospitality opportunity is available at a mountain castle in Tuscany. The team is seeking two flexible, energetic, and personable individuals to join the event staff for the upcoming season. The castle combines exceptional hospitality with a focus on mindfulness and personal growth, delivering unforgettable multi-day wedding and guest experiences.

Staff members contribute to breakfasts, pizza nights, BBQs, three-course dinners, pasta nights, wine tastings, and special events, while working in a supportive, international environment.

One position is available for the full season, and one for the beginning of the season.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work across rotating event and meal services (breakfast, pizza night, BBQ, formal dinners, pasta night)

  • Assist with setting up event spaces, decorating, table preparation, and clean-up

  • Serve food and beverages while ensuring high-quality guest service

  • Respond to guest requests and assist with special accommodations

  • Support product promotion (castle-produced honey, olive oil, etc.)

  • Maintain event flow and ensure all guest needs are attended to

Requirements

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred (not required)

  • Friendly, adaptable, and team-oriented personality

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with pride in delivering smooth event experiences

  • Valid work permit or EU passport required
