A non-union commercial production is seeking background talent for an upcoming shoot. Filming will take place in Toronto and will include both interior and exterior scenes. Casting directors are looking for a diverse group of individuals, including those comfortable with light physical activity such as jogging. Talent must be professional, reliable, and available for the full duration of the production schedule.
Job Responsibilities
- Participate as background talent in a commercial production
- Follow on-set direction from the production team
- Perform natural background actions, including walking or jogging if selected for specific roles
- Maintain professionalism during long filming hours
Requirements
- Male and female talent, ages 18–70
- Open to all experience levels
- Must be comfortable being on camera
- Some roles require individuals who are comfortable jogging (please specify “Jogger” in submission)
- Must be available for all scheduled shoot days
- Must be able to work both indoor and outdoor scenes
Compensation
- $300 flat rate
- 12-hour shoot day plus a 1-hour lunch break
- Overtime pay if applicable
