Responsibilities:
- Run and utilize reports and dashboards to Identify Inventory discrepancies
- Collaborate across departments to correct Inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate with vendors regarding returns, repairs, and inconsistencies
- Assist with marketing and content creation
- Troubleshoot and resolve quality control Inquiries with vendors
- Regularly monitor transactions and inventory movement to gauge accuracy and identify inconsistencies In collaboration with e-commerce and accounting department environment
- Customer relations management
- Communicate and investigate inventory inaccuracies with retail and back of house teams on a regular basis by method of cycle counts by using software tools and reporting
- Collaborate with physical locations
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of relevant work or Internship experience
- Preferred previous Inventory experience, accounting and retail experience welcomed
- Proficient In Adobe, Outlook, and Office Products
- Ability to manage google sheets and shared databases
- ERP experience such as NetSuite’s. Zendesk and Looker experience welcomed.
- Previous experience with shipping companies such as FedEx, UPS, DHL
- Required Excel skills: worksheet management, formula use: VLOOKUP, SUMIF, INDEXMATCH, COUNTIF
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Professional agility and adaptability
- Ability to problem solve, troubleshoot, etc
- Capacity to work in teams and autonomously
