Company Description
In 1997, Firstborn was founded on the belief that smart ideas and rich interactive experiences built with craft and creativity would move our clients’ businesses forward. We still believe that today. Our industry has transformed, our client’s businesses and their challenges have become more complex, consumer behavior has shifted, and we, as a company, have evolved with those changes.
We believe bleeding-edge companies drive deeper, more meaningful connections with their consumers. We help our clients realize the full potential of being a modern brand that moves at the pace of culture by exploiting the last unfair competitive advantage any brand has: craft, design, and creativity.
Firstborn’s active client roster includes Beats/Apple, Adidas, Peloton, Royal Caribbean, Cash App, and Exo.

In addition to your internal project management responsibilities, you will sever as direct client liaison, advocate and escalation point.
Qualifications
As the Executive Producer, your responsibilities will encompass identifying scopes, timing, and budget for potential projects while maintaining schedules, communicating process and status on existing ones, and positioning the work for success through your client relationships. You will be the person who’s going to anticipate problems and opportunities before they arise and come up with creative solutions to any challenges our team might encounter. You will also be responsible for ensuring accurate internal reporting of project status, shifts in schedule and budget, and project-related expenses, to ensure up-to-date and accurate executive decisions making.
Key Duties
- Lead teams to identify project scopes, project plans, and author or approve the related SOWs.
- Lead teams to deliver projects on strategy, on time, and within budget.
