Role
The Senior Digital Producer will lead an interactive team of developers, designers and clients through all stages of an interactive digital project: scoping, concepting, prototyping, production, QA, and deployment.
This person must welcome the critical nature of their role in our studio, and relish in leading people through highly detailed, creative, and technologically complex builds.
Reports to: Executive Producer
Collaborates Most Closely With: Developers, Designers, Clients, Co-Founders
Direct Reports: as projects demand, you’ll have support of a mid or junior level producer
Requirements
- Minimum of 3, desired 5+ years of experience executing projects within an interactive or creative studio
- Solid understanding of design tools and the web development process
- Knowledge of risk and limitations of web technologies
- Stellar project management process within a technology setting, including: budgeting, production schedules, client status meetings, documentation
- Experience working as hybrid: production + project management + account management
Ability to:
- clearly communicate unknowns and issues relating to time management/estimating in a remote environment
- work autonomously and lead a project
- meet tight deadlines on multiple projects at once
- identify, set and manage delivery of client expectations
- price and draft (with oversight and support) scopes and tracking internal resources spent against them
