Job Description

NRG is looking for a Creative Producer who can turn a cool idea into reality. Someone who simply makes it happen. We will empower you in every way so you create the next cool idea, fine tune it, own it, execute on it and deliver it to millions of gamers. You will drive the creative and operational process of each project by drumming up the idea, orchestrating and gathering the proper resources, assets and people as you then oversee every step of the way to ensure it’s set up for success. Turning a blank Google Doc and ultimately seeing an incredible live event at the NRG Castle that the #NRGFam would love. Required Skills

  • Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent leadership traits and also working autonomously to problem solve on your own
  • Sharp presentation skills, you can get your point across in a few slides or a Slack DM
  • You’re a team player as you’ll be working with other creatives who love sharing ideas too and we aren’t afraid of constructive criticism from each other
  • There’ll be long hours, but we work these long hours together, we’re on the same team
  • Exceptional networking and relationship building skills
  • Outstanding attention to detail and consistent follow up
  • Proven success in executing offline and online events, streams and general projects in previous companies or agencies
  • Minimum 3 years in previous creative producer, product management, project management, social media, video production and/or live streaming related roles

The film is non-union and designed for emerging professionals looking to build their portfolios while working in a fast-paced, learning-focused environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Pull focus and support the Director of Photography during filming

  • Assist with camera setup and maintenance throughout production

  • Collaborate with crew to maintain shot consistency and camera performance

  • Adapt to schedule changes and contribute to an efficient shooting process

Requirements

  • Prior experience or training as a 1st AC preferred

  • Strong understanding of camera focus systems and tools

  • Ability to work with a student team and flexible shoot schedule

  • Must be based in or able to work in Los Angeles

  • Open availability between shoot dates or willingness to communicate your schedule
