A successful Creative Producer possesses a plethora of skills. In your role you may be responsible for the strategy, creative, account services, project management and quality control on any given project.Looking to create a 2 person team to help develop and create original content for FaZe Rug.

What Will You Do?
- Be on call for talent to ideate concepts
- Work closely and collaboratively with talent
- Run creative brainstorming sessions
- Determine wardrobe props
- Organize ideas / create treatments
- Build budgets
- Create shooting schedules
- Create post & delivery schedules
- Scout locations
- Onset duties ( directing talent, blocking and choreography , managing a working set)
- Overseeing post production to final delivery
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communicator.
- Knowledge of current events, pop culture, video, web and broadcasting content.
- Ability to pivot and adjust quickly to schedule changes and creative.
- Attention to detail, demonstrates a high degree of accuracy and consistency.
- Self-starter with an ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent organization and time management; able to prioritize large volume of work effectively and efficiently with tight deadlines.
- Willingness to learn in the evolving YouTube / content creator space

Requirements

For Cam Ops: drone experience and access to drone kit

Compensation

Production Assistant: $220/12
-
Camera Operator/Drone: $650/12 + $150 drone kit fee

Audio Technician: $650/12 + $300 kit fee
