Essential Functions:
- Ability to lead and take ownership of a variety of projects across digital and print under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrates flexibility and patience with colleagues.
- Leads creative concept development through visual research, mock-ups, and storytelling.
- On-set art direction of photo and video shoots by collaborating with photographers, stylists, creative directors and other members of the creative team.
- Knowledge of print is a must.
- Oversees post-production processes like retouching, video editing, designing layouts.
- Collaborates in a team environment and is respectful of the company culture.
- Highly organized with a high attention to detail.
- Liaise with third party providers and agencies when needed.
- Manages project work streams and deliverables.

Qualifications:
- College degree in Creative Arts or Graphic Design.
- 5+ years of experience directing photo shoots.
- 5+ digital and print graphic design experience in luxury, fashion, e-commerce merchandising.
- Understanding of emerging platforms and new forms of content creation
- Well-versed in social media / marketing trends
- Proficient with InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- A deep love for creative, storytelling, and exceptional customer experiences
- Keep a finger on the pulse of fashion, culture, competitors, trends, and consumer cultural shifts to inform creative strategy decisions.
- Understanding of print and digital
- Develop and evolve our visual guidelines for the brand.
- Comfortable navigating through ambiguity and complex problems in pursuit of clarity, simplicity, and concrete outcomes
- Able to juggle multiple projects at once and appropriately prioritize and delegate while remaining accountable for the success of the team.
- Participate in the development of content for social media and supply guidance for visual direction on social channels when needed.
