THE ROLE:

As the Creative Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting the visual identity of consumer promotional and retail products for prestigious global brands. Collaborating closely with our product architects and clients, you’ll unleash your creative genius to deliver extraordinary solutions.

Your realm of influence will extend across various creative and supply chain channels, where you’ll deftly manage multiple projects and tight deadlines. The expertise you bring in physical product and production techniques will be instrumental in guiding our China and Asia-Pacific factories to breathe life into remarkable concepts.

IN THIS POSITION, YOU WILL:

  • Weave enchanting mockups, proofs, and print-ready files for clients & factories, overseeing an impressive 100+ projects weekly, covering promotional and retail products.
  • Oversee and drive groundbreaking technology and innovation in design and consumer products, envisioning and implementing unprecedented consumer experiences through 3D mockups, Augmented Reality, Generative AI, and more!
  • Ensure seamless and effective communication on the Salesforce platform with project managers based in Asia, particularly when discussing product specification revisions. Keep in mind that you’ll be collaborating with diverse cultures and individuals, many of whom have English as their second language. Mastering effective cross-cultural communication will be crucial in fostering smooth collaboration and achieving successful outcomes.
  • In harmony with the Client’s’ Brand Guidelines, you’ll ensure your mockups exude consistency and coherence, reflecting the essence of our clients’ identities.
  • Embrace the spirit of innovation and trend-setting as you explore product ideas and cpg trend-following, conjuring up fresh and captivating product ideas.
  • The bar is high – all graphics and layouts must align flawlessly with the brand guidelines, boasting your exceptional creativity and attention to detail.

  • An organizational guru, you’ll curate and manage an extensive library of assets, expanding or crafting new designs to keep the inspiration flowing.

  • Nurturing the next generation of designers, you’ll provide constructive feedback and mentorship, cultivating a culture of collaboration and growth.

  • Engage in weekly client calls, passionately discussing creative direction, feedback, design requests, project kickoffs, and process enhancements, leaving no detail unattended.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Your journey boasts a BA/BS in Graphic Design or a related field (or showcase 5 years of relevant experience as your key to this extraordinary role).
  • Revel in the glow of 5 years of proven graphic design expertise, honing your skills with a focus on retail, consumer brands, and mesmerizing marketing campaigns.
  • An Adobe Creative Suite virtuoso (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat Pro) and Sketch connoisseur – your tools of artistic expression.
  • The finesse of Google Workspace proficiency perfectly complements your toolkit.
  • Must know Pantone Connect
  • Must know how to create 3D mockups / renderings
