Basic Function:
- Assist Studio Beauty accounts with influencer, tastemaker and artistry talent partnerships strategies by conducting industry research, developing strategy and scope of works, executing strategies, overseeing delivery and creating performance recaps
- Oversee the Studio Beauty Community Manager to support in growing and nurturing the Studio Beauty influencer, tastemaker and artistry community online via the Studio Beauty Instagram account
- Oversee the Studio Beauty Showroom Manager to ensure the showroom space and beauty closet are “partner ready” at all times, nurturing the Studio Beauty influencer, tastemaker and artistry community facilitating in person appointments and mail out requests
- Work directly with Studio Beauty brand teams to support in strategically identifying talent for paid partnership programmes, organic influencer and tastemaker seedings, VIP seeding programmes, fulfillment of sponsored posts etc.
Essential duties:
- Secure organic product placement, event attendance and social media sharing amongst influencers, tastemakers and industry artists and pro’s
- Maintain, nurture and further develop relationships with influencers, tastemakers, industry artists and pro’s and their agents
- Strategic planning and execution for select accounts by working with team leads on the best way to maximize press surrounding influencer and tastemakers support of a particular brand
- Facilitate product requests for influencers, tastemakers and industry artists and pro’s
- Hold influencer and tastemaker appointments in NY showroom
- Organize and facilitate influencer, tastemaker and industry artists and pro’s gifting
- Monitor social placements daily for Studio Clients
- Send out influencer and tastemaker media alerts, press and weekly/monthly reports
- Manage influencer and tastemaker wrangling for all Studio Beauty events
- Manage influencer and tastemaker paid initiatives
- Support event needs in NY
- Oversee and manage client inventory
- Proactively work with team to outreach for upcoming events
- Provide managerial support to the team and interns
- Update various Studio Beauty documents and maintain influencer lists and server organization
- Work with the Studio Beauty team to maintain calendar of events
- Assist with coordinating proper thank-yous to influencers, tastemakers and their agents
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience of influencer relations work in the beauty industry, preferably with agency experience
- Knowledge of the beauty influencer, tastemaker and professional space and existing relationships with influencers and agents
- Excellent writing and communications skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and their needs
- Proficient in Google workspace, Hootsuite, Creator IQ, MS Word, Excel and Outlook preferred
