Position: Art Director

Contract: 12 Months + Extensions

Location: Hybrid – Beaverton, OR

(3 Days On-site, 2 Remote)

Desired Skills:

  • 3+ years leading strategic and creative development in an Advertising or other similar creative agency, or at a consumer brand.
  • A passion for the Athlete, Sport and Culture.
  • Proven experience leading photography productions; form pre-production, to on-set leadership and post-production.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills, both in individual and group settings.
  • Natural ability to work collaboratively with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong time management with ability to keep multiple projects moving forward simultaneously.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with proactive approach to identifying and acting on ways to improve the work.
  • Astute attention to detail and meticulous organizational skills.
  • Can-do attitude with proven ability to flex and adapt to changing business needs while maintaining strategic clarity and creative brilliance.

Day-to-Day

  • Be the voice of the Brand and serve as a creative consultant and narrative writer for the team, whilst being nimble, flexible and agile amongst work in progress concepts
  • Co-create content and experiences through the Brand’s messaging and vision and inform other content creation
  • Condense key stories and create presentations/materials to form strategic ideation and validation of seasonal concepts
  • Partner with counterparts to understand the strategic vision for a project, season, or annual effort, and be able to distill that further to a sharp creative strategy that is inspiring and actionable.
  • Develop creative projects in partnership with external and internal creative partners, ensuring work delivers against the strategic brief and is best-in-class creatively.
  • Drive cross functional inclusion and alignment throughout ideation and execution, within the creative team as well as global functional teams
  • Work in a consumer-led, end-in-mind manner to determine the elements that will best deliver the concepts across both the traditional and digital landscape, as well as in new and emerging methods of engaging with consumer, ensuring the work is inspiring, impactful, and innovative
  • Partner with external agencies on projects in a manner that is inspiring, inclusive, and respectful, while delivering best-in-class work.

  • Punctual and prepared for a full 9am call time

Compensation

  • $600 for a full-day shoot
