Media Director

A company in the Marketing industry is seeking a Media Director.
Position Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of analysts to develop and execute paid media strategies that drive results for clients
Oversee the media planning process, including developing media strategies, selecting media channels, and creating media plans to effectively forecast models to predict the performance of media campaigns and ensure that campaigns are delivered on time and within budget
Use data to define and track KPIs and success metrics, ensuring all aspects of tracking and reporting are executed flawlessly

Required Qualifications:

Proven agency experience leading a media team in the development and execution of performance-driven paid media that achieves outstanding results for clients
Strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of developing high-performing media campaigns and strategies for clients across multiple channels
Experience in digital marketing channels such as paid search (GoogleAds/Bing), paid social (Meta/LinkedIn), and/or display advertising experience (GDN/DV360)
Proficiency in data tools: Excel, PowerBI (or a comparable visual BI platform), Web Analytics, Marketing Analytics
A passion for keeping up to date on industry trends and best practices, with the ability to share insights with both internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement

Compensation Details:

  • Ultra-low-budget rates in accordance with ULB guidelines. Specific rates will be provided upon offer.
