Overview
This position is based out of our New York Facility but, will interact with productions based globally. The ideal candidate will be comfortable communicating with production, studio executives and our internal dailies team. The Associate Dailies Producer must be meticulous, responsive, and able to handle multiple projects across various timelines.
Main Duties
- Serve as the key point of contact between Production and Dailies Operators, distribute dailies related documentation and manage all communications.
- Work with the Dailies teams and engineering to create and revise custom workflow documentation to production spec.
- Work with the Sales team to prep upcoming shows and ensure accurate hand off to Dailies teams.
- Manage dailies operators’ schedules, travel, and equipment logistics.
- Pre-Bill work done and interact with project management tools such as ASANA and SLACK.
What You Bring
- Knowledge of Colorfront, Avid Media Composer, PIX.
- Basic understanding of Image Science and VFX workflows.
- Excellent work ethic and positive attitude.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Desire to learn and contribute to the development of a new department.
- Ability to work independently and remain calm in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient understanding of dailies deliverables and workflow.
- Working knowledge of Editorial files – Avid bins & ALEs.
- Understands how to read camera reports, sound reports
- Maintain a professional attitude with management and clients.

- Strong Multi-Tasking Abilities and priority assessment skills
Shift
The Associate Dailies Producer schedule will change based on department and production needs but will normally adhere to Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm shift pattern.
