THE ROLE

You manage your team to deliver Less Ordinary work for clients through the execution of live work.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Day-to-day management of clients and campaigns
  • Managing work to be delivered to deadlines, budgets and KPIs
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members about client servicing, agency working life and influencer marketing
  • Developing existing and new agent and content creator relationships on behalf of the agency and your clients
  • Developing identification filters, briefs, content plans and contracts
  • Managing client and supplier finances processes
  • Identifying reactive and proactive opportunities for your clients
  • Using agency tools within client planning and measurement workstreams
  • Creation of client work case studies, blogs and social posts to support agency marketing

Minimum requirements

  • Proven ability in client management
  • Experienced in delivering influencer marketing campaigns within agreed timeframes, budgets and to KPIs
  • On top of influencer marketing / content creator news & social media trends
  • Strong writing & communications e.g. influencer briefs, content plans, contracts

  • Understanding of tools used to identify influencers and track campaigns

  • Ability to work with low-budget resources in a high-impact creative environment

  • Must be reliable, passionate, and open to storytelling collaboration

  • Some roles may be remote or open to support from India

Compensation
