The creative director will guide all projects and be responsible for the overall quality of work produced by the creative department.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the creative process from concept to completion
- Translating marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
- Working closely with multidisciplinary project teams
- Leading and directing the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral
- Ensuring visual communication and brand standards are met
- Overseeing client pitches and proposals
- Overseeing profitability, deliverables, timelines, and budgets
- Reviewing work, troubleshooting, and providing feedback to creative teams
- Remaining actively involved in training creative staff
Skills:
- 5+ years of design experience within the media industry with experience in print and digital
- Experience in managing creative processes and ability to collaborate across all departments
- Superior Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat skills
- Ability to come up with big ideas that tell a story
- Authentically enjoys a results-based, transparent, collaborative, and fast-paced environment
