We are currently seeking a Creative Director to join our team at Anecdote. The Creative Director will guide all projects and be responsible for the overall quality of work produced by the creative department.Â
Key Responsibilities:Â
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Manage the creative process from concept to completion.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Oversee client pitches and proposals.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Oversee profitability, deliverables, timelines and budgets
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Remain actively involved in training creative staff
Requirements:Â
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â 5+ years of design experience within the media industry with experience in print and digitalÂ
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience managing creatives and ability to collaborate across all departmentsÂ
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Superior Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat skillsÂ
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ability to come up with big ideas that tell a storyÂ
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Authentically enjoys a results based, transparent, collaborative and fast-paced environment
