Our client, a full-service, global creative ad agency client headquartered in Southern California is looking for a talented Art Director to join their team. Our client works with some of the most famous brand names in the world and is known for their exceptional creative work and team focused environment. The Art Director will conceptualize visuals for 360 campaigns including email, web, social, video and motion graphics. The Art Director should be conceptual and curious with the ability to proof out your ideas by applying art curation and design knowledge. This person will bring solid visual problem solving and creative thinking, and be passionate about ideation, imagination, typography, illustration, color, and the commitment to world class visuals and design.

Responsibilities:

•Conceptualize visuals for 360 campaigns including email, web, social, video and more

•Setting high creative standards with teams and clients.

•Effectively communicate creative concepts and strategies to both clients and our internal teams.

•Ability to see projects through concept to final deliverables.

•Concept and develop campaigns while working on multiple projects simultaneously.

•Work on multiple projects from concept to completion, with both in-house resources and third-party vendors.

•Collaborates effectively with Account Management, Planning and the broader creative team to develop disruptive and iconic work.

•Champion a work-life balance for you and your teammates.

Requirements:

•3-6years agency experience in a creative environment.

•Portfolio should include some 360campaign work.

•A master in Adobe creative suite and photo manipulation.

•Have a strong understanding of social platforms and best practices.

•Must be conceptual and have a keen eye for design.

•Solid knowledge of steps required in creative development.

•Solid presentation skills.

•Ability to solve problems using keen instincts and organizational experience.

•Shows potential to lead and autonomously work on creative briefs.

Nice to have:

•3D, animation, and motion enthusiast. You may even dabble in the trades.

•Interest in web3, NFTs and the metaverse.

•Ability to traverse through art direction and design
